- Lead the implementation and optimization of advanced analytics tools to support strategic marketing performance measurement

- Drive adoption and governance of marketing analytics platforms to ensure alignment with business needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to maximize tool effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data platforms, or business intelligence roles
- Hands‑on experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) or Commercial Mix Modeling (CMM)
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution methodologies, including multi‑touch attribution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communication and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with identity resolution platforms such as Live Ramp or Neustar
- Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
- Experience supporting marketing data infrastructure within cloud environments
- Exposure to healthcare or insurance environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy standards
