- Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing vision and technical direction for enterprise customers
- Own the technical strategy for high-value, multi-threaded deals, driving discovery, solution design, and value articulation
- Lead engaging demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements that connect Outreach’s capabilities to business outcomes
- Collaborate with Account Executives to craft win strategies using established sales frameworks
- Build credibility as a subject matter expert in revenue execution, pipeline management, and AI innovation
- Minimum of 7 years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS enterprise environments
- Proven success in leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing C-suite alignment
- Strong diagnostic skills to translate complex customer environments into measurable solutions
- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate executive conversations and deliver tailored demos
- Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI-driven sales processes
- Familiarity with Outreach AI Agents (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent)
- Experience creating internal assets, playbooks, or demo stories for organizational scaling
- Proficiency in Demo2
Win, MEDDPICC, and value-based selling frameworks - Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Continuous learning mindset with a focus on new tools and frameworks for customer success
