Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Application Specialist to provide hands‑on support, administration, and development for our Salesforce platform. This mid‑level hybrid role serves as the primary point of contact for internal users, offering live support, troubleshooting, and training, while also contributing to ongoing system development and maintenance.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem‑solver who enjoys working directly with end users to improve processes and system performance. This role requires both strong communication skills and technical proficiency in Salesforce development, integrations, and configuration.
Compensation$60-70/hr (exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education).

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Salesforce development or administration experience in a user‑facing environment
- Experience working in government, legal, or public sector environments preferred
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred)
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Familiarity with declarative tools such as Flow, Omni Studio, Reports, and Dashboards
- Experience managing CI/CD processes (Copado, Salesforce DX, or Git)
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts
- Experience with Service Now (ticketing) and Jira (issue tracking) a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for working with diverse internal users
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across technical and business teams
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or Government Cloud
- Basic familiarity with front‑end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
