Are you ready to step into a true Systems Engineer role where you'll own and enhance enterprise IT infrastructure instead of just maintaining it? We're partnering with a leading financial services firm to add a Systems Engineer to their growing technology team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of cloud, on-prem, and Microsoft 365 environments while mentoring others and serving as a key escalation point.

• Manage and enhance Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments
• Oversee VMware, backup/disaster recovery (Veeam, Rubrik) and on-prem systems
• Act as a go-to escalation point for infrastructure & advanced desktop issues
• Support ongoing cloud migration projects and security initiatives
• Automate processes with Power Shell or Python
• Contribute to business continuity, compliance, and cybersecurity efforts

• 3-6 years in systems/network administration (enterprise experience preferred)
• Strong Microsoft 365 & Azure background; AWS a plus
• VMware, server infrastructure, and backup/recovery skills
• Scripting/automation skills (Power Shell, Python)
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications (MCSA, AWS, CCNA) are a plus

• Hybrid role - Boston HQ, 4 days in office, 1 day remote
• Occasional travel (up to ~20-25%) to other U.S. offices
• On-call rotation: one week every six weeks

• $100K - $150K base salary
• 10-20% annual bonus potential
