We are looking for an experienced IBM Data Stage Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain ETL processes for our data warehouse and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Stage, SQL, and data integration concepts, and be comfortable working with large-scale enterprise data environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM Info Sphere Data Stage.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into data integration solutions.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple source systems.
• Optimize Data Stage jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement data quality, validation, and reconciliation checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
• Work closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Support production deployments and participate in on-call support if required.
• Document ETL processes, data flows, and technical designs.

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Data Stage (8.x / 11.x).
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 / Postgre
  
  SQL).
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (Star schema, Snowflake, Fact/Dimension tables).
• Experience with performance tuning of ETL jobs.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys, etc.).
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
