SAP S​/HANA Workforce Management Solution Architect

Insight Global is seeking an SAP S/4

HANA Workforce Management Solution Architect to support a major Utilities client in their multi-year SAP S/4

HANA transformation. This role is focused on Workforce Management modules including Success Factors EC Payroll. The ideal candidate will serve as a techno-functional liaison between the business and implementation teams, helping shape realistic and effective solutions without direct configuration or integration responsibilities.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating operational needs into feasible SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions.
• Provide deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules, especially SAP Warehouse Management and Success Factors EC Payroll.
• Collaborate with business units to define realistic solution expectations and ensure alignment with SAP capabilities.
• Interface with client teams to guide decision-making and validate solution designs.
• Support the program team by bridging functional and technical perspectives, ensuring business goals are met.
• Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution validation activities.
• Offer insights into Utilities industry best practices and how they align with SAP S/4
  
  HANA functionality.

• 10+ years of SAP experience, focused on WMF.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations.
• Deep understanding of Utilities industry processes and how they map to SAP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity, advising on feasibility and solution fit.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-year SAP transformation programs. Time & Pay Workforce Software experience.
