As an AI Delivery Program Consultant, you will lead the successful delivery of AI-driven projects by defining scope, strategy, and requirements while ensuring alignment with client objectives. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and risks, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and maintaining clear communication across teams. You will oversee project milestones, resource planning, and vendor compliance, while applying proven project management methodologies to drive quality outcomes.

With a focus on strategic thinking and technical understanding, you’ll play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that meet business needs and deliver measurable impact.

Position Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects.
  • Ensure that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client business objectives.
  • Identify, analyze, mitigate, document, and control project risks.
  • Provide effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management.
  • Identify resourcing needs for the project and establish roles, expectations, and goals with team members.
  • Participate in negotiation of contract terms and conditions and ensure compliance with contract terms for project consultants and vendors.
  • Identify project issues that impact project delivery and elevate to management.
  • Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Manage multiple small and/or medium-sized projects ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time, within budget and quality targets.
  • Assist in hiring project staff, and develop, motivate, coach, advise and manage the project team.
  • Manage the technical components of the project or act as the manager of personnel, including evaluating personnel.
  • Liaise between project team, project sponsor, and client group.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Decision Authority
  • Provide professional advice – take a lead role of process or program execution.
  • Be accountable for own work and contribute to setting standards through expertise in own job discipline that impact others’ deliverables.
  • Work is guided by cascaded policies or business plans.
  • May lead medium to large size projects or work streams with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity with multiple teams representing different interests.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in AI or Machine Learning Projects.
  • Bachelor's or above.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to think strategically, assess alternatives for short‑and long‑term impacts and act decisively.
  • Experience working with project planning and tracking tools.
  • Apply project management methodologies and ensure that the necessary technical skills are included with the project team and utilized appropriately.
  • Some knowledge of technology platforms and environments.
  • Good understanding of annuity products, administration compliance, operations and systems including business desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office), and relevant financial products.
  • Experience using a defined project management and/or SDLC methodology.
  • Understanding of Managed Service Provider ticketing and Alert Management Systems.
