We are seeking an experienced M365 Support Engineer to support and modernize Microsoft 365 services. This role focuses on SharePoint migrations
, Power Platform support
, and maintaining secure, scalable collaboration solutions.
- Lead migrations to SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
- Support SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Troubleshoot migration, integration, and performance issues
- Manage SharePoint security, permissions, and governance
- Develop runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users
- SharePoint Online & SharePoint 2019 experience
- SharePoint migration tools (Share Gate or Microsoft Migration Tool)
- Power Platform support (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Power Shell scripting
- M365 security & Azure AD
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Microsoft M365 or Power Platform certifications
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments
- Integration with third-party tools (Service Now, Adobe Sign)
