Position: ERP Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to lead the evaluation, planning, and implementation of a new cloud-based, campus-wide ERP system.
The current platform is outdated, and the client are transitioning to a modern solution to enhance financial management, procurement, payments, student services, and other core operations.
This role is pivotal in gathering requirements, analyzing institutional needs, and supporting the selection and deployment of the new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with departments to collect business requirements, conduct needs assessments, and define system specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead or assist with RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and ERP system selection.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements to guide system configuration and implementation.
- Ensure the cloud-based solution aligns with institutional goals, compliance standards, and higher education best practices.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition across departments.
- Participate in or lead testing, training, documentation, and rollout of new ERP features.
- Provide ongoing support and analysis throughout all phases of the ERP project lifecycle.
- 10+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering cloud-based ERP solutions in educational or complex organizational environments.
- Strong understanding of ERP functions, including financial management, procurement, payments, student information systems, and related operations.
- Expertise in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and translating them into actionable specifications.
- Familiarity with People Soft and knowledge of modern ERP platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
