SAP Plan-To-Manufacture; PTM Onsite Lead

Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly – $65.00 USD Hourly

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Plan-to-Manufacture (PTM) Lead Consultant to guide the PTM workstream and serve as the primary onsite contact for our client. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, drive end-to-end solution delivery, and collaborate with an offshore team through build, testing, cutover, and go-live.

• Lead the design and configuration of the SAP S/4
  
  HANA Plan-to-Manufacture solution, applying S/4
  
  HANA manufacturing best practices and simplification principles.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, assess business needs, and map requirements to standard S/4
  
  HANA capabilities with minimal customization.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle including build, configuration, integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact, providing clear communication, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with US stakeholders.
• Mentor offshore teams, review functional designs, and ensure solution consistency with S/4
  
  HANA architecture and data models.
• Oversee integration of PTM with related modules such as MM, QM, EWM, and FI/CO following S/4
  
  HANA integration standards.
• Support change management activities, including end-user enablement through a train-the-trainer model in partnership with the client’s OCM team.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams; working knowledge of ABAP and Basis is a plus.
• Ensure smooth transition during go-live and hypercare, guiding the client to steady-state operations.

• 10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in S/4
  
  HANA Plan-to-Manufacture / Production Planning.
• Experience leading at least one end-to-end S/4
  
  HANA implementation or conversion project
  .
• Proven expertise in Fit-to-Standard workshop facilitation, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong onsite leadership with hands‑on experience managing onsite‑offshore delivery models.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into standard S/4
  
  HANA solutions.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies is an advantage.
