Salesforce CRM Production Support

Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Support Specialist to support and administer Salesforce CRM in a financial industry domain.

• Provide day‑to‑day support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes.
• Collaborate with business users, technical team members and management to resolve incidents and improve system functionality.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of reports and other data‑driven decisions.
• Work collaboratively with the support team, developers, business analysts and other stakeholders.

• 2–3 years of experience supporting and administering Salesforce CRM in a financial industry domain.
• Hands‑on experience in MS Excel and ability to write and understand SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM configuration (roles/profiles) and reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical team members and management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
