Mobile Support Role / Onsite / Boston, MA
Motion Recruitment
The role supports an enterprise environment with a strong focus on mobile technologies, including iOS, Android, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. The position is contract‑based and focused on supporting and managing mobile devices and cellular services for business operations.
Responsibilities:
- 40% Mobile Device Management (Intune / MDM)
- 30% iOS & Android support
- 30% Cellular services and connectivity
Daily Responsibilities:
- 70% Hands‑on device support and troubleshooting
- 15% Asset tracking and provisioning
- 15% Team collaboration and coordination
Required
Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting iOS and Android devices
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support experience
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and two‑factor authentication
Desired
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Familiarity with eSIMs and cellular services
- Experience supporting corporate Wi‑Fi environments
