Senior Manager, Oracle Services – Order-to-Revenue & ERP TMT

EY’s Oracle Services practice partners with leading clients to plan, deliver, and manage large, complex full‑lifecycle initiatives focused on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. As a Senior Manager, you will lead client engagements, drive program delivery, and deliver high‑quality, business‑value solutions that enable automation in Quote‑to‑Revenue processes.

• Manage teams and deliver high‑quality processes, solutions, or projects while maintaining billable utilization.
• Lead systems implementation as a project manager and oversee professional employees.
• Align with clients on scope and deliverables, mentor and coach staff level consultants.
• Work with pursuit teams to develop client proposals and support sales pursuit strategies.
• Engage with client resources across finance, IT, customer operations, and other enterprise functions to gather requirements and design, test, deploy, and support SaaS solutions using Oracle and Zuora.
• Travel as required based on client needs.

• Strong communication, listening, and self‑starter qualities with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience leading and executing SaaS implementations with a focus on Quote‑to‑Revenue processes.
• Proven ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders, align across business and technical teams, and drive transformation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated decision‑making skills and the ability to develop solutions for complex problems.
• Understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology landscape and shifting client priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of project management experience in a system implementation role.
• At least 3 years of solution architecture experience with SaaS solutions in the Quote‑to‑Revenue process area.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and complex multiplatform implementations.
• 5+ full‑life‑cycle implementations involving Quote‑to‑Revenue processes and 2+ full‑life‑cycle ERP package implementations.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client need.
• Prior consulting experience.

• MBA or master’s degree in an information systems or computer science discipline (preferred).
• Vendor certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications, Net Suite, or Zuora.
• Experience working in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.
• Exposure to CRM and CPQ systems and downstream Billing and Revenue Accounting processes.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures and creating Statements of Work (SOW).

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options. Base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100.
