About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Controls Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, and maintenance of building automation and control systems. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet performance standards.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot building automation systems (BAS).
- Program and commission control systems to meet project specifications.
- Perform system diagnostics and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with one or more DDC
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and integration with BAS.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and system architecture.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building automation or controls (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
