As an Integration Consultant
, you’ll serve as the quarterback ensuring that the company’s cutting‑edge technology is implemented flawlessly within health systems once the contract is signed. You’ll coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders—engineering, regulatory, clinical, and customer teams—to ensure every moving piece comes together smoothly, on time, and with excellence.
Your mission is to turn complexity into clarity—managing timelines, anticipating dependencies, driving accountability, and ensuring every customer experiences a seamless, thoughtful, and delightful integration journey.
Key Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end implementation of this company’s solutions with health systems, ensuring projects are executed in a strategic, timely, and detail‑oriented manner from kickoff through go‑live.
- Coordinate across functions (engineering, product, regulatory, operations, and marketing) to ensure alignment, accountability, and flawless execution.
- Partner closely with customer stakeholders
—including IT, radiology, and administrative teams—to align goals, communicate milestones, and proactively resolve roadblocks. - Serve as the primary implementation quarterback, orchestrating efforts across internal and partner teams to ensure every detail is executed in the right sequence.
- Communicate with influence and empathy, managing expectations, building trust, and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the deployment process.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate integration timelines while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights that inform product development and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record implementing or integrating healthcare or imaging technologies within hospital or health system environments.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills—able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and motivate cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, actionable steps.
- Energetic, proactive, and deeply customer‑focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or technology‑related field.
