IT Project Manager, Systems Administrator
Director, Health and Faculty Apps – Health Sciences IT & Ed Tech

Boston, MA. Position type:
Full‑time, Regular. Salary range: $160,000–$175,000.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Responsibilities- Manage a team that supports solutions within the Health and Faculty applications programs.
- Oversee application sustainment and support process management of technical resources, and implement efficient processes.
- Implement software development and maintenance, provide leadership and team‑building actions, and collaboratively assess and implement vendor‑packaged solutions.
- Manage technical resources and provide efficient service management processes, including service request fulfillment, incident response, problem management, and management reporting for the programs the team supports.
- Establish the technical vision for various platforms, collaborating with business clients to guide strategic direction.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 5‑8 years of experience.
- Advanced oral & written communication skills.
- Supervisory or technical lead experience.
- Advanced analytical, computer/technical skills.
- Project/process management skills.
