Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + variable comp + equity options

RoleAs a Technical Solutions Specialist at Ketryx, you ll be the technical evangelist for our Connected Application Lifecycle Management platform. You ll demonstrate how Ketryx enables life sciences teams to use their preferred Dev Tools and automation to generate evidence, prevent process deviation, improve quality, and release faster - ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
You’ll also serve as a key connector between Solutions, Sales, Product, and Client Operations, helping bridge technical insights with business outcomes. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive wearing different hats, enjoy working cross-functionally, and want to use their technical expertise to drive forward the pre-sales cycle and broader customer success.

About youYou re passionate about improving healthcare through technology. You understand the challenges of developing software in regulated environments and can articulate how automation can transform this process. You re equally comfortable discussing Dev Ops practices, regulatory requirements, and business value. You enjoy applying your technical background in a sales environment and contributing meaningfully across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Prepare and conduct tailored demonstrations of Ketryx s platform, highlighting key pain points, features, and benefits.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and craft solution proposals emphasizing our key value propositions: higher quality, faster releases, and inspection readiness.
- Address technical questions about Ketryx s integration with various Dev Tools and its benefits for the software development lifecycle.
- Provide feedback to our development team based on client interactions.
- Stay updated on life sciences regulations.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, Dev Ops practices, and software development in regulated environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with various Dev Tools and understanding of their role in the software development process
- Familiarity with life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and software validation requirements
