• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and risk management.
• Manage high‑quality processes, deliverability and lead teams.
• Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects.
• Travel may be required based on client needs.

• Experience leading and managing SAP PRA module implementations for Upstream Oil & Gas clients.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions.
• Expert guidance on SAP PRA functionalities, including division order, production accounting and regulatory compliance.
• System configuration, testing, user training and system adoption.
• Special projects to optimize revenue accounting processes.
• Trusted advisor and point of contact throughout project lifecycle.
• Stay current with industry trends, SAP updates and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 4–6 years of SAP consulting experience focused on Production Revenue Accounting (PRA) module, Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Successful project delivery in Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting, production reporting, regulatory requirements.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, communication skills.
• Working independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
• Research client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, industry practices.
• Functional specification development experience.
• Willingness to travel (60+%).

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules.
• Three full‑cycle implementations of core module.
• Additional SAP Finance certificates.
• Prior industry experience in accounting department.
• Leading cross‑functional teams.
