Overview
As an eDiscovery Analytics Lead for Contact Government Services, you will provide electronic discovery technical support and assist with strategic and legal aspects using Relativity. You will support a large federal agency in achieving its mission.
Pay and EmploymentBase pay range: $89,301.33 – $ per year.

- Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
- Consult with attorneys and support staff for compliance with ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
- Ensure accurate incoming and outgoing productions per applicable ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
- Perform advanced analytics and create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
- Provide input on technology options for discovery and ensure consistent application of eDiscovery procedures.
- Generate statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
- Stay abreast of emerging eDiscovery litigation support technology and processes.
- Maintain current knowledge of software applications in the field.
- Contribute to briefings on new technology and process improvements.
- Generate custom Power Shell scripts and support Case Map/Text Map databases.
- Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support with complex cases.
- Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
- Advanced knowledge of Relativity (frontend and backend).
- Demonstrated ability to generate complex Power Shell scripts.
- Hands‑on experience with Active Learning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organization, and process understanding across eDiscovery lifecycle.
- Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Detail‑oriented, independent, strong judgment, and confident communication.
- Undergraduate degree required; law degree, technical certification, or graduate degree preferred.
- United States Citizenship required.
- Advanced Relativity search and workflow setup, including permissions and Case Dynamics.
- Script writing for workflow improvements and data manipulation.
- Complex production generation in Relativity.
- Hands‑on Case Map and Text Map experience.
- Public Trust security clearance.
