Business Analyst - Investment Management

• Work hands‑on with trading, operations, compliance, and portfolio management teams to enhance our investment management platform.
• Partner with engineers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate insights into documentation and technical specs.
• Customize tools and workflows to support risk‑focused business processes.
• Write and refine software development and change tickets (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
• Investigate system failures and provide resolutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.

• 5+ years of experience in financial asset management and technology.
• Experience in financial services, investments or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of trading, operations, compliance, and portfolio management workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of trading and derivatives.
• Strong background and understanding in QA.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to calculate investment analytics.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Git.
• Experience prototyping analytics in Python.
