As a Data Analyst at Circle, you’ll work closely with business partners to better understand our products and ecosystem, and enable better decision-making with data. You will join a deeply analytic team and your work will support our mission to be a world-class, data-driven company. • Partner with the business by translating business needs to design and develop core tables, build dashboards, define metrics, conduct ad hoc analyses, and perform deep-dive investigations to create situational awareness and derive insights
• Perform strategic analysis and research to identify new opportunities for business improvement
• Create data visualizations to translate analytic results for broad understanding across the business
• Build scalable automation solutions using SQL, dashboards, and other tools to create leverage for yourself and the organization
• Partner with leaders using clear and structured communication to tell a “story” focused on business insights and data
• Develop strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication skills

Senior Data Analyst (III)

• 4+ years of industry experience in data analytics
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
• Strong analytical and data skills, including top-notch SQL skills. Ideally, you can also build simple pipelines to help scale yourself
• Good communication skills — ability to partner across the organization, identify business needs, articulate issues clearly, and present effectively in both oral and written form
• Strong business sense and the ability to work through complex and ambiguous requirements
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with visualization using Superset, Tableau or similar BI tools
• Expert in data analyses using SQL
• Basic understanding of Python is a plus
• Good understanding of statistics and applying them to solve business problems
• Domain experience in financial services, business banking, product analytics, marketing, crypto ecosystem, or risk analytics

Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider compensation ranges and total compensation packages, and starting pay is determined by factors including experience, skill set, qualifications, and business needs. Compensation ranges may differ by location.

Base Pay Range: $122,500 - $162,500
