We are seeking a seasoned Functional Data Domain Lead – Investments to drive the design, integration, and governance of investment data across the enterprise.

This role will act as a strategic liaison between Investment, Technology, and Data Engineering teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with investment objectives.

• Lead investment data management and reporting initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with Investment teams to understand data, analytics, and portfolio management needs.
• Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to design and implement technology solutions aligned with investment strategies.
• Oversee integration of investment data from multiple sources into centralized platforms for analysis and reporting.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies relevant to insurance investments, including AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
• Contribute to the development of a technology roadmap supporting future investment growth.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in investment data management.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Experience with data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with querying and analyzing data using SQL or similar languages.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex financial environments.
