We’re looking for Software Engineering Recruiters to join our growing Boston team. This is a full‑cycle role where you’ll have the chance to:

• Build and own a niche market within the most exciting sector in life sciences.
• Partner with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders at scaling start‑ups and established players.
• Place world‑class software engineers across front end, back end, cloud, Dev Ops, AI/ML, product, and data.
• Leverage Bio Talent’s global platform, live mandates, and strong reputation in the Tech Bio community.

This is not a cold‑start role – you’ll step into warm relationships, active demand, and a team that’s scaling rapidly.

• Experienced 180 or 360 recruiter with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Someone commercially savvy who thrives on building relationships in high‑growth environments.
• A background in software engineering, product, Dev Ops, data, or infrastructure recruitment is highly valuable.
