Human Resources Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance across HRIS, Benefits and Payroll Administration.
• Perform data analysis and reporting, including review, harmonizing, auditing data to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in end-to end employee life-cycle processes (pre hire to retire including onboarding).
• Support the administration of ADP HRIS system including all employee related data entry.
• Assist with HR data audits and prepare required documentation.
• Maintain and audit personnel files within the HRIS system.
• Collect and verify payroll related data.
• Serve as first point of contact for general HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate support to employees and managers.
• Participate in HR related projects.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of relevant human resources operations experience required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.
• Experience using ADP and Success Factors HRIS systems preferred.

Position: HR Operations Specialist

Term: 12-month contract

Schedule:

Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite only, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST

Location:

Boston, MA

Pay: $40-43/hr
