We are a rapidly scaling biotechnology company advancing cutting-edge science and building a world-class team to support our mission. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to help deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience and keep our fast-moving hiring processes running smoothly. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and wants to grow their career in talent acquisition within the biotech industry.

Responsibilities

Candidate Experience & Coordination
  • Schedule high-volume interviews across functions, time zones, and seniority levels with precision and professionalism.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
  • Greet and host onsite candidates; coordinate travel logistics when necessary.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and white-glove experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
Recruiting Operations
  • Own ATS data accuracy—including job postings, candidate records, interview feedback, and process flow.
  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers with job descriptions, requisition setup, and posting to targeted biotech/scientific job boards.
  • Partner with HR/TA to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs once offers are accepted.
  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, sourcing campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with hiring managers, scientific leaders, and People Operations to ensure alignment on interview logistics and process updates.
  • Coordinate panel interviews across teams such as R&D, CMC, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, G&A, and Operations.
  • Flag bottlenecks, propose workflow improvements, and help maintain recruiting SLAs.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and scale the recruiting process as the company grows.
  • Contribute to candidate experience improvements, scheduling efficiencies, and TA team organization.
  • Help develop interview best practices, guidelines, and internal documentation.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support—biotech or scientific/technical recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.) required; familiarity with biotech hiring environments a plus.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting teams that are advancing scientific and clinical innovation.
