Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a highly respected Boston-based investment firm, is looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join their talent acquisition team. This is a visible, fast-moving role at a firm where hiring matters, details matter, and great candidate experience is a real priority.

You’ll be at the center of the recruiting engine, partnering with recruiters and business leaders to keep hiring running seamlessly. If you love owning process, building relationships, and being the person everyone relies on, this role will feel right.

• Own interview scheduling and logistics across busy calendars
• Be the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a white-glove experience
• Keep the ATS clean, accurate, and up to date
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR
• Support offers, onboarding coordination, and special recruiting initiatives

• Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator (required)
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-driven
• Confident communicator who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment
• $65,000–$80,000 base salary + bonus
