We are seeking Recruitment Consultants to join a fast-growing, multi-sector recruitment team in Boston
, with a focus on the Mechanical Engineering and Plumbing sectors
. This opportunity is open to recruiters with 1+ years of agency experience —
talent acquisition experience will not be considered
.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both contract and permanent positions
, with a targeted start in February
. This is a 360 recruiting role

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and permanent placements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, screen, and place candidates specifically in the Mechanical Engineering and Plumbing sectors
• Contribute to team growth and success through consistent performance
• Hybrid schedule — 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
• Competitive base salary (~$55K) plus commissions from 10% up to 45%
