HR Generalist​/Recruiter

Overview

We are working with one of our premier Investment clients located in downtown Boston on an exciting HR Generalist/Recruiter position. This role would be primarily recruiting focused with a mix of HR responsibilities included. It is the perfect position for an experienced corporate recruiter who would like to get additional HR experience with room to learn and growth in all HR areas.

• Act as primary Recruiter and lead recruitment efforts for a variety of roles
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party recruiters
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments
• Work with company leadership to identify the right candidate profiles
• Oversee the hiring process through the offer stage
• Manage new employee onboarding, orientation, and paperwork processes
• Support HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance

• 5+ years of experience in corporate recruitment or HR Generalist role
• Experience working in Financial or Professional Services a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with employee onboarding, HR Ops a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software
• Knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
