As Vallum enters its 4th year of US operations
, we’re continuing to scale our Boston office and are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Engineering team, specialising in MEP
.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with 6–12 months’ experience who wants to build a long-term career in a business that genuinely invests in its people.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for building and developing a specialist MEP / technical engineering market
, working closely with a senior consultant covering NYC while taking ownership of the Florida patch
.
This is a full-desk role
, giving you exposure across client development, candidate management, and project delivery.
While MEP experience isn’t essential, you must have exposure to technical recruitment (engineering, IT, life sciences, or similar).
What We’re Looking For- 6–12 months’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Experience hiring into technical disciplines
- Strong communicator with commercial awareness
- Exceptional attention to detail – this is non-negotiable
- Highly organised, fastidious, and process-driven
- Motivated, resilient, and aligned with high-performance environments
