Our client is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to recruiting. This individual will partner closely with hiring leaders to design and execute effective hiring strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Success in this role requires strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

This role is onsite in Boston, Massachusetts.

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for exempt and non‑exempt roles across multiple departments
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and provide consultative recruiting support
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using online tools, ATS platforms, and market insights
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and documentation within the applicant tracking system
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience while meeting competing priorities and deadlines

• 3+ years of high‑volume recruiting experience supporting roles at multiple organizational levels
• Prior experience using an applicant tracking system (Workday or similar)
• Strong online and internet‑based sourcing and recruiting experience
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
