People Analytics – Summer 2026 COACH College Program Base pay range
$17.50/hr - $21.50/hr
The OpportunityThe College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 8 – Friday, August 14, 2026. In addition to on‑job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week. Interns will earn $17.50-$21.50/hour.
This role is hybrid (1–2 days/week onsite) at 401 Park Drive, Boston. Work hours will be determined by supervisor.
What You’ll Do- Participate in daily huddles with People Analytics team and associates.
- Select 2–3 longitudinal projects and support ad hoc projects as requested.
- Attend a 2‑day program orientation and onboarding.
- Participate in virtual and in‑person workshops and activities.
- Exposure to administrative data in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to apply college skills to real‑life experiences.
- Building a career path in Human Resources and People Data.
- Increase knowledge of healthcare career pathways.
- Professional development.
- Opportunity to present your learnings at the end of the program.
- Peer cohort and cohort mentor support.
- MBTA Link pass for June–August 2026.
- Undergraduate college student in good academic standing, enrolling in a two‑ or four‑year program for Fall 2026, interested in healthcare.
- Highly experienced using Excel and macros.
- Motivated to work independently but part of a team.
- Passionate about coding and data.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Review posted COACH internship opportunities; apply to no more than three postings.
- Resume review & interviews:
Applications will be reviewed, screenings and interviews scheduled. Resumes required; assistance available. - Offer decision:
Followed up within one week of interview; decisions in March. - Onboarding:
Selected interns complete onboarding by May, including on‑site appointment, work permit, health records, proof of employment eligibility, and media release.
