The Senior Recruitment Specialist supports all aspects of legal and business professional hiring, partnering closely with Recruitment Managers to execute recruiting strategies and manage day‑to‑day recruitment operations. This will provide an opportunity to build strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external contacts while coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding, and communications across the recruitment lifecycle. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in student recruitment, summer associate, and Solicitor Trainee programs, including planning events, managing recruitment logistics, and serving as a primary resource for participants.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Recruitment Managers to understand staffing needs for Associate, Counsel, and Business Professional hiring.
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruiters, advisors and candidates.
  • Support all aspects of the legal and business professional recruitment life cycles, processing candidate materials, scheduling interviews, managing internal and external correspondence, and collecting interview feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with human resources on new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Facilitate London Trainee and US student recruitment efforts – managing recruitment life cycle, strategize academic year sponsor ships and events, maintain relationships with target law schools.
  • Jointly with the Associate Recruitment Manager, coordinate all aspects of the summer program, including but not limited to planning trainings and events, organizing logistics, serving as a main point of contact and resource for summer associates, and attending events as appropriate.
  • Take ownership for the Firm’s Chamber’s, Vault, NALP and Glassdoor accounts, keeping all relevant firm information up to date.
  • Maintain recruitment email accounts, applicant tracking system, fee agreements, and other recurring reporting documents.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and produce recruitment marketing materials and maintain the Firm’s digital career page.
  • Additional projects, duties, and tasks assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
  • 2-4 years of recruitment coordination experience, preferably in Legal or Professional Services with exposure to student recruitment programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong client and customer service focus with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly skilled across Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) strongly preferred.
