Title: Recruitment Consultant
Compensation: $47,500 + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75‑80,000 year one)

Responsibilities- Full‑cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive level candidates across micro‑specialized industries.
- Develop new business with potential clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients from startups to Fortune 10 companies.
- Act as a consultant for both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.
- Strong work ethic and proven track record.
- Drive for a sales‑focused environment.
- Goal‑ and metric‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred).
- $47,500 base salary + unlimited commission (average 1st year OTE $75‑85k).
