Enter new data into Ceridian DayforceProvide training to new users and act as a resource for questionsPerform regular audits to maintain data integrityDesign and compile reports, analytics, formulas, dashboards, and queriesDocument HRIS processes and improve systems where possibleTroubleshoot issues with data integrity and payroll processingHandle special projects related to HRIS and data analytics, as assignedSalary Range: $80-100k annually, based on experienceExcellent benefits package includes medical, dental, vision coverage and generous PTO!Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required5+ years’ HRIS Analyst experienceMust have top-notch Excel skills, including knowledge of vlookups and pivot tablesMust have Power BI Desktop & SQL knowledgeWorking knowledge of HR best practices and requirementsDedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills*
