Title:
Recruitment Consultant

Compensation: $47,500 + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75-80,000 year one)

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants of a graduate caliber to join our growing team who are looking to propel their career, by leveraging the platform, scale and track record Phaidon International provides.

Your purpose: Recruitment Consultants support our clients by identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent for their most critical needs – and consult both parties to ensure seamless process management and purposeful delivery.
