Position Title: Payroll Specialist - Temp
Location: Boston, MA - Onsite
Pay Rate: 30-40/hr
Required Skills- Union Payroll Experience
- Sage 300 experience
- Timberline
- Time collection and audit for weekly payroll process
- Handle employment verifications, garnishments, IRS levies, and other miscellaneous compliance issues
- Processing of multi-state weekly payroll, check printing, reconciliation and distribution
- Production of weekly labor reports, personnel change reports and other management reports as requested
- Payroll tax deposits and reconciliations
- Coordinate and produce weekly payroll reports
