Greenberg Traurig (GT) is a global law firm offering a full‑time opportunity for a 2nd‑ to 5th‑year traditional labor associate in its Boston Labor & Employment Practice. Responsibilities- Provide client counseling on labor relations and labor law matters.
- Conduct research and write project documents for clients.
- Represent clients in grievance arbitration, collective bargaining and union campaigns.
- Advise on matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and state labor agencies.
- Assist in negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements.
- Offer guidance on employee benefits, including pension and health insurance projects.
- Train management and human resources personnel on state and federal labor law requirements and compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of traditional labor law experience, including client counseling, research, writing, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and NLRB matters.
- Some employment litigation experience strong preferred.
- Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
- Strong academic credentials.

Expected pay range: $235,000 - $340,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Full‑time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and the following benefits:
