Pay Range
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr.
OverviewFPC of Greensboro has partnered with a growing, global contract research organization to identify a Director of Human Resources to support their US-based business development team. This position will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business development objectives by enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Responsibilities- Onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Training, performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition within the BD group.
- Proven experience supporting a BD team in the CRO/CMO/CDMO space.
- Global experience is a plus.
