We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruiting Associate to join our growing team at our downtown Boston headquarters. This is an entry‑level opportunity designed for individuals looking to launch a rewarding career in full‑cycle recruiting and account management. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0‑2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a related field (internships included).
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and relationship‑building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people succeed.
The base salary range for this position is $45,000–$50,000, depending on qualifications and experience,
plus uncapped commission
