Associate Director of IT Recruiting at Atlantic GroupPosition Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Associate to join a growing talent team for a client in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate brings approximately five years of agency recruiting experience and/or prior internal recruiting experience within the asset management or financial services sector. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles across the firm, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with department heads and HR to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
- Maintain and optimize ATS workflows and candidate pipelines
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our company culture and values
- Provide market insights and contribute to strategic hiring decisions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong foundation in agency recruiting or experience working internally within an asset management firm or similar financial institution preferred
- Experience recruiting within the financial services space
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across a variety of business functions
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., Linked In Recruiter)
