Senior Recruitment Consultant
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at NES Fircroft, your primary responsibility will be prospecting new candidates and clients within an assigned sector through strategic recruiting and business development activities. You must be able to identify and network with prospective job seekers and develop recruiting strategies for specific open client positions.
This is an entrepreneurial role that grants you full operational responsibility for your own desk and clients. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a full-cycle recruiting environment without compromising service levels.
Responsibilities:- Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis.
- Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand the talent pool and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and job requirements.
- Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
- Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
- Maintain contact with current contractors and recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service and seek referrals.
- Manage accounts of new and existing clients, including client visits.
- Ensure 100% compliance with NES Fircroft quality standards, in-country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client-specific processes.
- Develop and generate new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients.
- Build long-term strategic client relationships via telephone and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain a balance of job orders and qualified candidates, managing multiple complex opportunities.
- Assist with on-the-job training for team members, focusing on time management and allocation.
- 4-5 years of agency recruitment experience.
- Proven success in business development.
- Outgoing and confident personality.
- Organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented.
