The Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our Talent team. You will execute high-quality talent searches, professionalize our in-house recruitment, and work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company teams to ensure a strategic hiring process. Your focus will be on sourcing and engaging top executive talent to enhance our searches.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Talent team members and work closely with hiring managers and founders to deliver excellent service.Conduct deep sourcing efforts to identify top-tier candidates across industries.Develop market mapping and pipelines for leadership roles.Lead outreach and engagement with potential candidates.Participate in weekly meetings with portfolio hiring teams, providing updates and insights.Utilize tools like Linked In Recruiter to optimize sourcing workflows.Continuously improve sourcing strategies and communication practices.Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in executive search or similar high-level recruiting roles.Experience supporting executive searches in high-growth tech companies, especially in software, internet, or consumer sectors.Strong sourcing skills and experience managing candidate pipelines.Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Ability to manage multiple searches with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic mindset and process improvement focus.Flexibility and adaptability to evolving needs.Why Join Us?
