Pay rate: $19.00-$23.00 per hour plus cash tip. Job Type:
Part-Time (24 hours/week).

Monday/Friday/Saturday 11:00PM - 7:00AM;
Overnight

Must Have:

• Do you have a valid driver s license (at least 2 years)?
• Can you drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission?

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and provide excellent guest service.
• Be outside and active, standing or walking, and assist with items up to 50lbs.
• Perform cleaning tasks per checklists and facility director instructions to remove dirt, dust, litter, and debris from all areas.
• Sweep and pick up around entrances/exits, clean surface rails, blow, etc. in the garage, booth, office, and restrooms as directed.
• Empty all trashcans in the garage, booth, and office.
• Ensure safety and security of company equipment.
• Report any policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to regional/account managers in a timely manner.
• Pickup and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location.
• Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and submit restock requests as needed.
• Operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from entrances/exits and areas designated by the Facility Manager as needed.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver s license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Energetic, outgoing, able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed.
• Great communication skills, friendly and professional.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can resolve customer issues positively.

• Valet parking: 1 year or more.
• Customer service: 1 year or more.
• Porter or Maintenance: 1 year or more.
