Responsibilities- Engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing the server.
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations.
- Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Ensure various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
