Overview

Job Title: Concessions Food and Beverage Manager, Agganis Arena, Boston, MA.

The Concessions Food and Beverage Manager supports the food and beverage operations for Agganis Arena, overseeing and managing concession operations with an event-based schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Lead and develop the team using Aramark's coaching model to maximize performance and engagement.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards across all operations.
• Identify client needs, communicate operational progress, and deliver on client expectations.
• Manage and monitor financial performance, including completion and maintenance of P&L statements; pursue client and company financial targets.
• Adopt Aramark processes and systems; understand performance metrics, data, ordering and inventory trends; educate teams on levers to improve margins.
• Provide value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management; ensure the entire team is trained to implement standards.
• Supervise production, quality, and controls to maintain a high level of service.

• Requires at least 1 year of experience; at least 1 year in a management role in hospitality or the food service industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to maintain client and customer rapport.
• Ability to work an event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb; ability to stand for extended periods.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation as of the time of posting.
