Job DescriptionThe Spa Concierge is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests to the spa. Ensuringeachguest experience is personalized and seamless.
The Spa Concierge provides recommendations knowledgably and promotes a calm and tranquil environment throughoutguests’visits.
Providewarmwelcome and personalized service to all guests visiting the spa.
Performcheck inand checkout ofall spa guests. Handle payment transactionsfortreatment and retail products.
Handle telephone reservations in line withservicestandards, using proper telephone etiquette.
Ascertain guest satisfaction upon guest departure and ensure.
Provide guest escortsto changing rooms, relaxationareaand swimming pool.
Complete all opening and closing duties professionally and accurately.
Ensure spa reception areais kept clean and free ofclutter,retail display is presented elegantly and appropriately replenished at all times.
Ensure all payment transactions areaccurateat the end of each shift, reporting anydiscrepanciesto the immediate supervisor.
Scheduling spa reservations and upsell treatments to maximize room and therapistutilization.
Provide retail recommendations to guests tailored to their specific needs.
Reportaccidents,injuries to management.
Adhere to all Raffles Brand Standards, departmentproceduresand spa service standards.
Ensure uniform and appearanceistidy and professional, in line with grooming standards.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation & Experience:
Minimum2yearsof experience in luxury hotel or spa front of house position.
Computer literatepreferably with knowledge of spa reservation systems.
Physical Requirements:
Flexible hours required.
Able to stand for an extended period of timeand work within a team with shift rotations.
General Requirements:
Passion for guest care.
Personal interest in spa treatments andholisticlifestyle.
Telephone skillsideallyinconjunctionwithhandling reservations.
Able to work within a team with rotating shifts.
Additional Information- Hourly Wage:Intro rate at $26.10 - wage after 90-day probationary period at $29.00
