Hourly rate: $31.12

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all alcoholic beverages, food and beverage menu items.
• Work with bartenders to ensure all necessary supplies are stocked throughout events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, hotel standards, and local laws.
• Provide high‑quality bar sets, service, and presentation.
• Respond promptly to guests’ requests, creating a memorable experience.
• Attend all required department trainings and meetings.
• Assist house persons with setup and breakdown of banquet bar areas as needed.

• Hands‑on food and beverage knowledge with a comprehensive, working knowledge of hospitality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during busy times and high‑profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly developed customer service skills, friendly demeanor, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Preferred:
  Minimum of relevant banquet bar experience in a large convention hotel.
