Join the Four Seasons Hotel Boston’s dynamic marketing & sales team as a Corporate Catering Sales Manager. In this role you will be responsible for achieving assigned catering/banquet goals and driving profitable event business through B2B channels.

Boston, MA – Nestled in the historic Back Bay neighborhood, the Four Seasons Hotel Boston offers a vibrant setting near local landmarks.

• Negotiate event business through B2B channels to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to stay competitive.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand the guest and corporate portfolio.
• Respond to inquiries and propose tailored catering solutions.
• Handle multiple tasks and make timely decisions in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.

A four‑year college degree in hospitality management, marketing, business or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Two or more years of sales experience in the hospitality or event industry is preferred.

Salary range: $83,963 – $88,850 per year.
