Hospitality Night Ambassador – citizen

Join us as a Hospitality Night Ambassador on our Boston team. As a key member of our 24/7 operation, you’ll greet guests, manage check‑in, serve food and drinks, support hotel operations, and create a memorable stay.
Role OverviewYou will be more than a receptionist; you’ll be a multi‑role champion: customer service, concierge, barista, mixologist, kitchen helper, and safety liaison. Your shift starts at 11:00 pm and ends at 7:30 am (weekends required). You’ll help guests before, during, and after check‑in/ check‑out, ensuring flawless service.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly as soon as they arrive.
- Assist guests at self‑check‑in kiosks (no front desk).
- Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast, meals, coffee, and signature cocktails.
- Assist kitchen duties (dishwashing, cleaning, food handling).
- Act as a concierge, answering questions about the city and local attractions.
- Maintain living areas, canteen
M, and food displays for the next shift. - Respond to guest requests and facility issues.
- Handle reservations and the nightly audit in the PMS.
- Secure hotel operations overnight and hold keys during your shift.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; treat every guest like a best friend.
- Collaborative attitude, optimism, and positive energy.
- Analytical mindset—find simpler, bolder ways to solve problems.
- Empathy towards people and the planet; respectful of diverse viewpoints.
- Fluent in English (additional languages welcome).
- U.S. citizenship or lawful authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel for training.
Night shift: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am, rotating flexible schedule. Weekends required.
Compensation & Benefits- $32.59 per hour.
