Afternoon and Evening HHA Caregiver

Overview

HHA - Home Health Aide; CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant. We are looking for a certified caregiver who is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM on any day of the week. Join our team to help care for elderly and disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Guardian Angel Senior Services offers opportunities to work as a Companion or as a Personal Care Provider.

No experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate with the correct mindset and compassion. Candidates will have flexible self-determined schedule options based on the clients available. Guardian Angel Senior Services of Lynnfield, MA is now hiring in-home caregivers. Salary: $19–$21/hour.

• Grooming patients
• Assisting clients who are unable to care for themselves or perform daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, dressing, and bathing
• The use of Hoyer Lift and/or Colostomy Care
• Assisting clients with personal hygiene and getting dressed
• Performing general cleaning duties
• Assisting with eating
• Assisting with shopping errands
• Medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the home
• Shopping for groceries and household supplies
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Cleaning rooms, halls, and bathrooms
• Emptying and replacing trash containers
• Planning and preparing meals with assistance from the client
• Being a pleasant and supportive companion
• Reporting any unusual incidents
• Acting quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies
